APPLY HACCP AND CHECK LIST SYSTEM:
Checklist is effective way to control service quality. It is
a measure of performance. With this system we can control
all activities. It is an important measure of performance
FOODS POISON PREVENTING SYSTEM
Prevention food poison is one of the most important with
offshore catering service. Apart from methods of food
hygiene, we update all information regarding food poisons in
Vietnam and send to location to remind everybody about this
danger
USE SAFE VEGETABLE AND OZONE WASHING MACHINE, OZONE LAMP,
CHLORAMINES, ETHYLENE GAS CONTROL PELLETS
To avoid poison regarding vegetable, we use only safe
vegetable. This vegetable does not contain any chemical
because they are planted by special methods. Instead of
normal fertilizer, farmer uses micro organism fertilizer.
These vegetables are planted in DALAT province only and
quality of vegetable is checked by authorized organ of
government. At location other method like ozone lamp,
chloramines, Ethylene gas control pellets are applied

To satisfy client we have been setting up services at
height standard and maintaining at this level. The following

APPLY INNOVATIONS.
Following are some successful innovation applied:
APPLYING COMPUTER
Apply computer system for paper work on board. It reduces
waste time and meets requirement of QMS effectively. With
computer equipped for all location, our campboss can apply
Internet service to their daily job.
DAILY MEETING AT LOCATION
Our campboss is required to hold safety meeting daily. Topic
on meeting is any problem raised on the day. The form of
meeting is set up, in which there is signature of all
attendants.
If there is any problem, the solution will be discussed and
problem will be resolved immediately.
MAILBAG:
Campboss is requested to send one envelope to office by crew
change every week. Document in envelope includes delivery
list of, daily meeting minutes, hygiene inspection
report….Vice versa, office will send one envelop to location
which content newspaper, personnel letter, company document,
information on service of other location.
With
this system we can control situation at location and can
have solution or method to help crew if they need urgent
supports.

USING HARD PLASTIC BASKET FOR CONTAINING VEGETABLES.
As usually, vegetable is contain in bamboo baskets and put
in chillier container for transportation to location. During
transportation these basket press to each other and a lot of
vegetable like green mustard, tomato, and spring onion are
bruised. At destination we can use from 50 to 70 % of
vegetable.
